💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major coin cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for annual school plans.
🔄 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
🎓 Do you offer student discounts?
Yes — verified students get 30% off Pro through our Student plan (€6.99/mo). Register with a recognized educational email (.edu, .ac.<country>, .edu.<country>) and verification is automatic. Learn more.
🏫 How much will my org pay?
There's one per-student plan with graduated rates: €6 each for your first 30 students, €4.50 for students 31–100, and €3 for 101–500. So a 25-student cohort is €150/mo, a 100-student school is €495/mo, and 500 students is €1,695/mo. Institutions with 500+ students get custom pricing — contact sales.
💵 How does per-student billing work?
A "seat" is one enrolled student. The first student is free; after that you set up billing and are charged monthly for the live number of enrolled students, using the graduated rates above. Example: 50 students = 30×€6 + 20×€4.50 = €270/month. Enroll or remove students anytime — charges prorate automatically.
🔢 What happens as I add or remove students?
Your bill scales automatically with enrollment: adding a student adds a prorated charge for the rest of the month, removing one issues a prorated credit. No plan changes or upgrades to manage — you're simply billed for who's enrolled.
👨🎓 Do members of my org need their own Pro subscription?
No. Members of an org plan get access to course content through the org. They don't need a separate Pro subscription to participate in assignments and track progress.
