You are given an array, a value, and an index. Insert the value at the index and shift other elements to the right.

- First line: integer N (1 ≤ N < 100) - Second line: N space-separated integers - Third line: two integers: value V and index I (0 ≤ I ≤ N)

- N+1 space-separated integers: modified array
