Problem

In an array, a peak element is one which is not smaller than its neighbors. Find and print the index of any one peak using pointers.

Input format

Input input.txt

- First line: integer N (1 ≀ N ≀ 100) - Second line: N space-separated integers

Output format

Output output.txt

- Index (0-based) of a peak element
