Problem
Given an array of N integers, check if the array is sorted in non-decreasing order using recursion.
Input format
Input

- The first line contains an integer N (1 ≤ N ≤ 50) - The second line contains N integers (each between -1000 and 1000)
Output format
Output
output.txt
- "YES" if the array is sorted, "NO" otherwise
