Problem
Given a matrix and a number X, print the position (row and column) where X appears first (top to bottom, left to right). If not found, print -1 -1.

- First line: Two integers R and C (1 ≤ R, C ≤ 100) - Next R lines: Each with C integers - Last line: Integer X

- Two integers: row and column (0-based) or -1 -1 if not found
